Noshok 625-7500-2-1-2-1 Intrinsically Safe Pressure Transmitter

The NOSHOK 625-7500-2-1-2-1 is an intrinsically safe pressure transmitter for 0–7,500 psig. It has the ±0.125% accuracy option, a 4–20 mA output, a 1/4″ NPT male connection and a DIN Form A connector with 36″ of cable attached.

At 7,500 psig, this is the highest-pressure 625 in this group. It suits:

• High-pressure gas injection and gas lift
• Hydrostatic test units in classified areas
• Chemical injection pumps
• High-pressure hydraulics on drilling and well-service equipment

The ±0.125% accuracy grade gives readings within about ±9.4 psi. That is fine enough for injection control and test documentation at this pressure.

At this range, the 625 uses a 316 stainless steel and 13-8PH stainless steel measuring element. Proof pressure is 2 times full scale and burst pressure is 4 times full scale, which applies to ranges from 300 to 10,000 psi. The 1/4″ NPT male connection is common on high-pressure instrument manifolds. The pre-wired 36″ lead on the DIN plug simplifies connection to a junction box near the pressure tap.

This model has no orifice. For heavily pulsating service, consider adding ST8 when ordering.

The 625/626 Series is FM and CSA approved as intrinsically safe for:
