Noshok 101-FFS-PM2-EM1-HL3 1/8″ NPT F – F 316 SS Mini Valve
List Price $126.91 Original price was: $126.91.$95.00Current price is: $95.00.
The NOSHOK 101-FFS-PM2-EM1-HL3 is a 1/8″ NPT female × female mini hard seat valve in 316 stainless steel, designed for mounting through a panel. It has the same EPDM stem o-ring (EM1) and 1″ round knurled handle (HL3) as the 101-FFS-EM1-HL3; the difference is the PM2 option, which adds panel mounting with two nuts.
With PM2, the valve bonnet passes through a hole in the panel and is clamped from both sides, so the knurled handle sits on the operator’s side and the 1/8″ NPT ports and tubing remain behind the panel. This setup is common on analyzer racks, sampling panels, test consoles and instrument enclosures, where valves must be identifiable, operable and protected from accidental contact. The compact round handle sits close to the panel face.
The body is electropolished 316 stainless steel, rated to 10,000 psi at 200 °F. The EPDM o-ring is typically chosen for water, steam and water-based media in place of the standard FKM seal; check compatibility before using it with hydrocarbon oils. Series specifications include a 0.172″ orifice, a 0.42 flow coefficient, a 316 stainless steel stem with rolled threads, a PTFE back-up ring and NOSHOK’s patented metal-to-metal body-to-bonnet seal. Every valve is 100% helium leak tested to 1 x 10⁻⁴ ml/s.
Common applications include sample conditioning systems, water quality analyzer panels, laboratory gas and liquid manifolds, and process skids that require corrosion-resistant isolation at a fixed panel position.
Mass Measure can supply this valve with other o-ring materials, packings, stem tips or handle styles from the 100 Series option list.
