Part number breakdown: 25 is the 2-1/2″ dial; 110 is an ABS case with back connection and a molded integral bezel; 100 is the 0–100 psi range; and psi/bar specifies psi as the primary black scale and bar as the secondary red scale.

The psi/bar scale distinguishes this model from the psi/kPa versions of the same gauge. Bar is the common pressure unit on European and many international machines, so this dial lets operators and service technicians read either unit without conversion. A 0–100 psi range corresponds to approximately 0–6.9 bar.

The back connection makes this gauge suitable for panels and equipment faces where the process line enters from behind. For flush mounting, the 100 Series offers front flange, panel mount clamp and U-clamp options. The 2-1/2″ size provides a clearer reading than 1-1/2″ or 2″ dials while still fitting compact equipment.

According to series specifications, 2-1/2″ models have ±2.5% full scale accuracy, a copper alloy Bourdon tube, brass connection and wetted parts, an impact-resistant ABS case, an acrylic lens and a UV-resistant dial. Media temperature is rated from −4 to 140 °F, and the gauge has a one-year warranty.
