Custom-Built NOSHOK Gauges Available!

The NOSHOK 810–22/250-1-1-8-25-020-6 is an 810 Series compact temperature transmitter with a range of −22 to 250 °F. It has a 4–20 mA output, a 1/2″ NPT male process connection, an M12 x 1 4-pin connector and a 2″ stem with a 6 mm diameter.

Part number breakdown:

810: series

-22/250: −22 to 250 °F range

1: PT1000 Class A accuracy

1: 4–20 mA, 2-wire output

8: 1/2″ NPT male

25: M12 x 1 (4-pin)

020: 2″ stem

6: 6 mm diameter

The 810 is NOSHOK’s compact OEM temperature transmitter. It uses a PT1000 Class A sensor (EN 60751) and a 4–20 mA transmitter, both inside a small 316 stainless steel housing. Accuracy is ±0.8 °F (±0.45 °C) maximum uncertainty. The 810 differs from the 800 Series in three ways:

It uses a higher-resistance PT1000 Class A element rather than a PT100 Class B element.

It is rated IP67.

It withstands up to 3,915 psi of pressure, depending on the medium.

That makes it suitable for direct insertion into hydraulic and lubrication systems.

The −22 to 250 °F range covers hydraulic oil, coolant, chilled and process water, and compressor and engine fluids. The 2″ stem suits small pipes, manifold blocks and machine-mounted fluid lines. The 1/2″ NPT connection gives a sturdier mount than the 1/4″ NPT version of the 810.

Specifications:

Supply: 10–30 Vdc

Burnout signalling: ≥ 21.0 mA on sensor break, ≤ 3.6 mA on short circuit

Operating temperature: −40 to 185 °F

Protection: reverse polarity, overvoltage and short circuit

Compliance: CE and RoHS

Typical users include hydraulic power unit builders, mobile equipment and machinery OEMs.
