The NOSHOK 20-110-100-psi/kPa-CFF is a 2″ dry pressure gauge with a 0–100 psi range, a 1/4″ NPT center-back connection and a chrome front flange for panel mounting. It is a compact, inexpensive general-purpose gauge that mounts flush through a panel cutout.
Part number breakdown: 20 is the 2″ dial; 110 is an ABS case with back connection; 100 is the 0–100 psi range; psi/kPa is a dual scale with psi as the primary scale and kPa as the secondary; and CFF is a chrome front flange designed for the ABS case.
The chrome front flange distinguishes this gauge from a standard 20-110 model. The flange extends around the front of the case with mounting holes, so the gauge can be inserted through a panel cutout and secured from the front with screws. This is a common method for compressor control panels, cabinets and equipment fascias. On the 2″ back-connection case, NOSHOK offers both 1/8″ NPT and 1/4″ NPT connections; this model uses the larger 1/4″ NPT brass connection, which fits standard air and water fittings without a reducer.
Series specifications for 2″ models include ±2.5% full scale accuracy, a copper alloy Bourdon tube with brass wetted parts, an acrylic lens, and a UV-resistant white dial with black psi and red kPa markings. Media temperature is rated from −4 to 140 °F, and ambient from −40 to 140 °F. The gauge is a non-fillable dry design with a one-year warranty.
The 0–100 psi range covers typical shop air, pneumatic controls, water pressure and spray equipment. NIST-traceable certified calibration is available as an option.
